Frequently asked questions
Is your electrical work certified?
Yes. Notifiable work is certified under Part P of the Building Regulations and you receive the relevant certificate on completion.
Do I need a new consumer unit?
If your fuse board has rewireable fuses, no RCD protection or is more than 20 years old, an upgrade is usually recommended, and it is required when adding new circuits in many cases. We inspect and advise.
How long does a rewire take?
A full rewire of a three-bedroom house typically takes 5 to 10 working days, followed by plastering and making good, which our team also carries out.
Do you install garden and outdoor electrics?
Yes. We install outdoor sockets, garden lighting, power for sheds and offices, and EV charging points.
