Loft conversions
A loft conversion adds a bedroom, en-suite or home office without losing any garden. We build Velux, rear dormer, hip-to-gable and L-shaped conversions on terraces and semis across Waltham Abbey, Enfield, Chingford, Loughton and North London.
Structure, dormer, roof windows, staircase, insulation, plumbing, electrics and decorating are all done by our own team, with Building Regulations sign-off at the end.

Single-storey, double-storey, side-return and wrap-around extensions that give you the open-plan kitchen-diner or extra living room your house is missing.
We check permitted development or handle the planning application, produce the drawings and structural calculations, and build from foundations to finished room with one team.

A new kitchen is more than the units. We strip out, alter walls where needed, run the plumbing and electrics, plaster, tile and fit the units, worktops and appliances, then decorate.
Supply and fit, or fitting only: we work with the supplier you have chosen or source the kitchen through our trade accounts.
Bathrooms and en-suites
Bathroom renovations
Family bathrooms, en-suites, wet rooms and cloakrooms, fully renovated in around 7 to 10 working days when the layout stays the same, a little longer if we move things around.
Strip-out, first-fix plumbing and electrics, tanking, tiling, suite fitting and decorating, all by our own team, with a confirmed start and finish date.

Adior Construction Ltd is run by Adi, a builder with over 15 years’ experience who still runs every project personally. We are a family-run company based in Waltham Abbey, working across North and East London, Essex and Hertfordshire.
Our own team covers structure, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, plastering and decorating, so you get one quote, one point of contact and no gaps between trades.
