About this service

Garden Landscaping and Decking by Adior Construction

Adior Construction builds the hard-landscaping that turns a garden into an extra room: timber and composite decking, patios, garden walls, fencing, steps, paths and covered seating areas. We work across Waltham Abbey, Cheshunt, Enfield, Chingford, Loughton, Epping and the wider London area.

Because we are builders first, we take care of the groundwork, drainage and structure, so your decking is level and solid and your patio does not sink.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need planning permission for decking?

Decking that is no more than 30 cm above ground and covers, together with other outbuildings, no more than half the garden is usually permitted development. We check for you.

Timber or composite decking?

Timber is cheaper to install and looks natural but needs annual treatment. Composite costs more up front but is low maintenance and does not rot or splinter. We fit both.

Can you build a garden office?

Yes. We build insulated garden rooms and offices with electrics and data connections.

Do you lay patios and paths?

Yes. We lay porcelain, natural stone and block paving on a proper sub-base with correct falls for drainage.
