Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Waltham Abbey and work across Waltham Cross, Cheshunt, Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Enfield, Edmonton, Chingford, Walthamstow, Woodford, Loughton, Epping, Harlow, Ilford and the whole of North, East and Central London.
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. We visit, measure and discuss the job, then send a fixed, itemised written quote. There is no charge and no obligation.
Are you insured?
Yes. Adior Construction Ltd holds public liability insurance. Details are available on request and included with our quotes.
Who will manage my project?
Adi, the company owner, oversees every project personally and is your point of contact from the first visit to handover.
How do payments work?
For larger projects we agree payment stages in advance, linked to progress on site. We never ask for large sums up front.
Do you handle planning permission and Building Regulations?
Yes. We advise whether your project needs planning permission or falls under permitted development, work with your architect or introduce one, and manage Building Control inspections and sign-off.
Do you provide drawings and structural calculations?
We work with architects and structural engineers who prepare drawings and calculations for lofts, extensions and structural alterations, and we coordinate the process for you.
Can you do the whole job, including plumbing and electrics?
Yes. Our team covers structure, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling and decorating, so you deal with one company rather than several trades.
How long will my project take?
As a guide: bathroom 7 to 10 days, kitchen 1 to 3 weeks, loft conversion 6 to 12 weeks, single-storey extension 8 to 12 weeks. We confirm a programme before work starts.
Can I stay in the house during the works?
In most cases yes. Loft conversions are built mainly from outside, and extensions are sealed off from the rest of the house until the knock-through at the end.
Do you offer a guarantee?
All our work is built to Building Regulations and comes with our workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties apply to products such as windows, boilers and appliances.

Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. As well as lofts and extensions we take on bathrooms, kitchens, decorating, plastering, carpentry and repairs.
